Is there a free trial or a demo version of the app available? As using ChatGPT and AI Voices incurs costs on our side, we are unable to offer an open free trial. What is the subscription fee? Our subscription fee covers the usage of ChatGPT and AI Voices as well as our manpower and technical platforms costs. It is based on the number of tokens used, which are depleted as your child asks questions and engages in games. We currently offer two tiers of subscription. We recommend starting with the lower tier (Solo) and upgrading to the higher (Family) tier if your child(ren) is a heavy user!
Does the app include any advertisements or in-app purchases? No, there are no ads. As parents, we tried other free apps but were horrified to see our kids exposed to ads featuring zombies or snipers. Therefore we decided ads were not an option for us. There are no in-app purchases. Your subscription is valid across any devices.
Can multiple children use the app under one account? Currently, we support one profile per account. However, we are actively developing a feature that will allow easy switching between profiles to accommodate multiple children.
